Designed to help calm the mind, ease anxiety and help sleep come more naturally.
Take a mindful journey to the beach and meditate to the sound of the waves with breathing techniques, aromatherapy, mindfulness, visualisation, affirmations, sound therapy and simple self-massage techniques, all to a calming oceanic soundtrack.
You will receive a mini bath and body oil in the post for the inhalation and to enjoy in the bath after the Zoom session to complete the immersive experience. Please book at least 2 days ahead to receive your aromatherapy oil.
Designed to help calm the mind, ease anxiety and help sleep come more naturally, the class involves some breathing techniques, aromatherapy inhalations, mindfulness meditation, visualisation, affirmations and sound therapy. A gentle discussion at the end explores what people felt or noticed (people contribute as much or as little they want) then I lead a simple self-massage technique at the end.
I use traditional mindfulness with elements of kindness and compassion – all to a soothing soundtrack of ocean waves. We will visualise being on the beach and meditate to the sound of the waves.
A mini bath and body oil will be posted in advance of the class for the aromatherapy inhalation. You can then use this in the bath or shower to complete the immersive experience.
