One-to-one programmes are individually designed to suit the needs of each client, and can be offered online, in person, at home or in wellness space. These sessions will focus on addressing anxiety, stress and sleep and are typically 6-8 sessions over 8 weeks.
Drawing on the benefits of the sea, these sessions are brought to life through oceanic sounds, visualisation, breath work, mindful breath awareness, aromatherapy and affirmations. They can be offered anywhere at anytime and don’t require you to be physically located at the seaside
