Calm the mind and still the soul. Take time out, rest, nurture and relax. This six week mindfulness course will draw on the basic principles of mindfulness, but explore some new techniques to be present. All with presence and purpose. Experience simple breath work, mindfulness, aromatherapy, grounding techniques and sound journeys.
