An eight week mindfulness course in Worthing to explore mindfulness techniques including open hearted awareness, stillness, gratitude, letting go and acceptance. The sessions have been crafted to still the mind, ease anxiety.
It will feature classic practices and some new experiences, including a session with a gong.

Kalm Horizons combines mindfulness based techniques, simple breath work, mindful movement, intention setting, visualisation, aromatherapy and sound to calm the mind, soothe stress and ease anxiety.
This new course has been designed to awaken the senses for spring while calming the mind and nurturing the soul. .
