Be still and connect with yourself in this half day retreat that combines mindfulness, aromatherapy, sound therapy, simple breathwork and individual chakra balancing reiki sessions.
You will enjoy readings, time for journalling, self-reflection, conversation plus tea and vegan friendly bakes.
Cocooned in the beautiful surroundings of Worthing’s Salt Water Studios, you will be led by Mark Smith, founder of Kalm Horizons and Ray Box, musician wellbeing researcher and Reiki practitioner.

Description
The half day retreat will deep dive into mindfulness, combining elements of aromatherapy, simple breathwork and sound therapy.
You will enjoy time to be still and calm the mind. Following this each attendee will have the chance to enjoy a personalised one-to-one chakra balancing reiki session with Ray.
During this time, the rest of the group will begin some self-reflection guided by conversation and journalling. This will be relaxed and easy going. Time to stop, and pause, while taking time to maybe understand where you are now and what might need adjusting going forward.
You will learn some coping strategies for daily life and have time for tea and delicious homemade vegan friendly bakes (please advise of any allergies/intolerances in advance).
Your retreat facilitators:
Mark Smith is an international wellness editor, journalist and author who has been practicing mindfulness for 15 years and teaching meditation classes for five years. Kalm Horizons has been recommended in The Times, The Guardian, Hello, The London Standard and Sussex Life.
Ray Box is a musician wellbeing researcher and Reiki practitioner based in Chichester. Alongside his doctoral research into mindfulness and performance, he offers holistic wellbeing support drawing on energy healing, coaching and lived experience as a professional performer.
